This method works for all of the compact batteries I have re-celled for re-use but I've decided to share it after seeing more and more people recommending forcing the opening with sharp bladed knives, hammers, screw drivers and metal openers leaving some batteries just about usable and others in a complete mess. Also trying to force open anything with a screw driver or sharp knife risk serious if not permeant injury to your fingers, hands and eyes, and a potential catastrophic lithium fire with deadly flames and toxic fumes, so don't do it.

I Bought This Great Stunt Kite From A Stall At Northampton Balloon Festival Over A Decade
Ago Before The Balloon Festival Was Banned On Health And Safety Grounds As People Were Actually Flying In The Balloons (Bonkers I Know. The Thing Is I Had Promised And Autistic Boy And His Brother To Taking Them Social Distancing Kite Flying On The Sunday.

How Too Many Lockdown Projects On The Go I Didn't Find The Kite Until Saturday Morning, And As I Took It Out Of It Bag I Realised The Rubber Supports Holding The Three Members Of The Kite Had Perished. Not Only That But The Two Offset Brackets Had Also Rotted Away. Knowing The Boy Doesn't Do Change I Decided I'd Better Figure Out A Good Way To Fix The Problem.

Getting a broken Nintendo Wii U Gamepad fixed can be expensive whether its a Cracked screen, damaged screen and broken touchscreen. A friends son broken theirs before Christmas and rather than have presents they ask for their present to be my repairing their Wii U Gamepad. So I set about purchasing the spare parts and carrying out the wii fix.

This video is an edited version of the fix, it slow and steady paced for educational reasons and because rushing a cheap fix can lead to the nintendo gamepad being ruined. This video is for tutorial purposes and any repairs should only be carried out by competent persons and at the owners own risk.
